The forthcoming phase of MARTA’s comprehensive Five Points Transformation project is scheduled to kick off on Monday, October 13. This phase will entail the closure of the Peachtree Street station entrance and the federal tunnel intended for staff use. On this date, access to Five Points Station will be restricted to the Forsyth Street entrance, which will serve as the exclusive point of entry throughout the construction process. This closure is crucial for the safe demolition and removal of the existing concrete canopy.
