Elgin Rose Sr., the executive director of Fathers to Founders, is catalyzing transformation and healing at the grassroots level. Once a man battling homelessness and personal struggles, Rose now spearheads an organization committed to uplifting fathers through mental health services, financial literacy, and social service access. His voyage from turmoil to recovery ignited his mission after his experience with Code Tenderloin in 2018. Rose noted, “I liked it. I didn’t have to be perfect to do this.
