Investigating Kansas City's complex history exudes the enduring spirit of Black resistance. The very soil has borne witness to treaties, displacement, and generational injustices. The recently established B-REAL Academy symbolizes this rich legacy, creating a platform for essential political discussions on abolition and liberation, motivating us to deepen our understanding of both our challenges and our aspirations.
