An Indiana Uber driver accused of raping and killing his female passenger, Chanti Dixon, initially told police an armed Black man shot her and fled. Indianapolis detectives saw through the false accusation, and the perpetrator, Francisco Valadez, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with murder.
