Following an unforgettable event at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex (JRTC) in Vero Beach, Florida, 44 out of the 112 participants from Week Two of the 2025 Hank Aaron Invitational (HAI) have been chosen to compete in the esteemed annual HAI showcase game, aptly named the "44 Game," in homage to the number Aaron wore throughout his illustrious career. For the first time, this elite showcase will take place at the historic Rickwood Field on Wednesday at 5 p.m. This marks MLB’s third event at this venue, following last June's MLB at Rickwood Field: A Tribute to the Negro Leagues and the East West Classic.Hosted by MLB and the MLB Players Association, the Hank Aaron Invitational, powered by the MLB-MLBPA Youth Development Foundation, serves as a premier development experience aimed at enhancing diversity among high school baseball players in the U.S. The game will feature two teams, “Team Hank Aaron” and “Team Jackie Robinson,” with free admission for local families and fans. The matchup will also be streamed live on MLB.com, MLB.TV, and in the MLB App, with a replay airing Saturday at 7 p.m. ET.
