Saint Lucia has unveiled two significant projects poised to transform its luxury tourism and real estate sectors: the Harbor Club Residences in Rodney Bay and the Marquis Estate development. Dr. Ernest Hilaire, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Tourism, hailed these initiatives as fundamentally transformative for the island. At a recent briefing by Invest Saint Lucia alongside his ministry, he highlighted the Harbor Club’s esteemed reputation in hospitality, stating that the expansion into luxury residences will provide a premier living option on the island. The Harbor Club Residences, developed by Caribbean Hospitality Management Group (CHMG), will comprise 82 upscale units, including penthouses and two- and three-bedroom apartments, all offering marina views. In total, CHMG has committed over US$100 million to enhance hospitality on the island. The Marquis Estate project, spearheaded by Atrium Design and Management, will integrate tourism, education, and community living in Babonneau. Chief Architect Inci Apkinar emphasized its dedication to local culture, confirming construction is underway with a master plan draft expected shortly.
