Looking for a way to calm your mind and body? Trying to find some stress relief and relaxation? Float therapy, also known as sensory deprivation tank therapy, just might be the solution for you.  I personally experience back pain and aching muscles often, so I am always willing to try new practices and therapies to find some comfort.
