Hon. Balaam, the State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, has taken a step in supporting Pius, popularly known as Queen Bianca. During a meeting with the young boy and his guardian, singer Henry Mwanje, Balaam addressed the controversy surrounding Pius’s adoption of a female character and pledged to cover his school fees. The minister officially entrusted Pius to Mwanje’s care, recognizing him as the boy’s guardian.
