Darbi’s journey began in 2019 when BCA Culture, then known as The Business Credit Agency, was born from a series of Facebook Live videos. These videos reached thousands of entrepreneurs, teaching them the importance of building business credit and preparing for funding. The overwhelming response laid the foundation for what BCA Culture would eventually become—a FinTech SaaS company that modernizes community development financial institutions (CDFIs) and banks through advanced software development.
The transformation of BCA Culture from coaching classes to a technology-driven platform is a testament to Darbi’s visionary leadership. In just four years, BCA Culture has helped over 8,000 businesses secure more than $271 million in funding, impacting lives far beyond financial success.
