As of Friday, more than four million Georgians cast ballots, according to data from the Secretary of State’s Office. Fulton County saw a 58% turnout during early voting, which amounted to 439,944 ballots. If Harris was going to reach any undecided voters it might not be in decidedly blue Atlanta.
