NBA All-Star Weekend in Indiana is official underway. The Indianapolis Recorder caught up with Indiana Mad Ants forward Oscar Tshiebwe during Panini Rising Stars practice at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Tshiebwe, who is currently averaging 14.4 points and a league-leading 14 rebounds per contest in the NBA G League.
