The Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center’s (INRC) 3rd annual Jubilee will be at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10 at the Salesforce Tower.& The event will feature complimentary beer, wine, hors d’oeuvres, music, silent auctions and wine pull, as well as interactive activities by artist Cierra Johnson and Chromatic Collective.& INRC provides training, resources and support to Indianapolis communities through programs like the Indianapolis Community Building Institute, Public Allies Indianapolis and Neighbor Power Indy.& & The Jubilee will raise funds to continue these efforts and celebrate the success of the Creative Placemaking Program and INRC’s 30th anniversary.& INRC provides training, resources and support to Indianapolis communities through programs like the Indianapolis Community Building Institute, Public Allies Indianapolis and Neighbor Power Indy.
