(US MEDIA GROUP) – America is in for a treat this summer as a heartwarming and inspiring film, Sound of Hope, hits theaters on July 4. Produced by Angel Studios and Daily Wire, this film is bound to make a lasting impact on the viewers and spark a movement within the Christian community. The movie tells the true story of Reverend W.C. Martin and his wife, Donna, from a small town called Possum Trot in East Texas. The Martins, along with their community, adopted a staggering 77 children from the foster care system, most of whom were deemed difficult to place. Lead actor Demetrius Grosse, who portrays Reverend Martin, believes that this film can ignite an adoption movement within the body of Christ, where families rise up to take in vulnerable children who need homes. Viewers will be reminded that there are currently 400,000 children in the foster care system in the U.S., with 100,000 of them waiting to be adopted. The film also features Marvel star Letitia Wright as an executive producer, adding to the star-studded cast.
