Jets Maintain Second Place in KFC Basketball League

Ryan Philogene propelled the Courts Jets into playoff viability with a decisive 69-49 win against East Coast Academy on Monday in KFC National Basketball League action at Beausejour Gymnasium. Philogene tallied 29 points, alongside 12 rebounds and eight steals. Currently standing at 4-3, the Jets trail league frontrunners Bonne Terre Blazers, who remain undefeated. The defending champions, Soufriere Kings, are 4-1, while Basketball For The Future and Morne Gladiators share eight points. The league pauses for a week, returning May 13 for pivotal matchups.
