Journalist And NYC Influencer Dallas Penn Dead At 54

The Hip Hop community is saddened by the unexpected passing of Hip Hop journalist and NYC culture influencer Dallas Penn, whose death was announced this morning(May 1) by his wife Chocolate Snowflake(C.S.) on Penn’s personal Facebook page.
