Keron, born to one of Kanyomozi’s first fiancées, Amon Lukwago, succumbed to a severe asthma attack in 2014 at the tender age of 11, while under his mother’s care at the Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi. Reflecting on her journey through grief, Kanyomozi recalled the poignant moment when she began to accept her son’s absence. “It took me a long time. I recall just removing his clothes from the wardrobe and start believing that he is gone,” she shared.
