The talented vocalist believes the police should summon him directly if they suspect him of any criminal activity, rather than causing chaos at his performances.
“Uganda Police, if you have a case with me, summon me, don’t come and disorganize my shows. You are scaring my fans,” King Saha stated in his Facebook post.
King Saha’s remarks come after several incidents where police presence at his concerts led to disturbances, causing concern among his supporters, and the most recent one was last night, when Police intercepted celebrated revolutionary musician real names Mansul Ssemanda from performing live on stage at The Villa Lounge in Kampala.
The singer’s performance was cut short after detectives armed with rifles entered into the lounge and ordered him to leave the stage.
In his post, he emphasized that such actions not only affect his performances but also create unnecessary fear among his audience.
