KIYAN ANTHONY MAKES IT CLEAR THAT DAD, CARMELO ANTHONY, ‘NEVER PUSHES ME TO FOLLOW IN HIS FOOTSTEPS’

When you are a celebrity/athlete off-spring, it may seem to those on the outside looking in that the parents may try to guide or steer their children towards following the same path. However, for many celebrities/athletes, that is just not the case. For Carmelo and Kiyan Anthony, that is definitely not the case. He knows that I’m my own person. But he’s never going to say, ‘You got to go to Syracuse. You got to go there because I went there.’ He’s not going to make me follow in his footsteps unless I really want to.”...
