As a condition of the arrangement, Lopez must spend her time with and a court-appointed monitor and not her ex-boyfriend, as a result of the previously alleged vandalism and trespassing charges that were filed against Lopez by Wood. Lopez still must remain at least 100 yards away from Wood as the previously granted in the 3-year restraining order, as it is still in affect. Additionally, the Instagram influencer will not be able to travel with her son without the court’s permission and must pay for a 52-week batterer intervention program. Wood asked the court to grant him sole-custody of his son.
