Barkley’s deal with the Philadelphia Eagles includes a $11.6 million signing bonus, with $26 million of his contract guaranteed.
As a new member of the Eagles, Barkley told reporters last month during organized team activities that he feels like “a rookie all over again” despite six years in the league.&
