Local organization gives debt relief grants to Georgia State students

Knowledge Inspires Notable Giving (K.I.N.G.) Entertainment Group celebrated its 2024 Knowledge Inspired Notable Giving Mixer & Silent Auction on Saturday, July 27 at Ventana’s rooftop in Downtown Atlanta. The event was held to award local influencers and community leaders for doing good in the community, and award scholarships to local college students. “We have a small donation that’s going to be awarded to two individuals from Georgia State University. The intent in the long run is to pay off $50,000 – $60,000 in student loan debt for each individual,” said LeAndrew Miller, founder and facilitator for K.I.N.G. “Knowledge Inspires Notable Giving was created because I wanted to help individuals in paying off their student loan debt.” “When I was in college I had it as well. I was fortunate to be in the Air Force and I’m a disabled veteran, so they paid all of my [student loan debt] off. I wanted to be able to let others have that financial autonomy as well.” K.I.N.G.
