The Indiana Mad Ants put on an offensive showcase on Feb. 3, defeating the Wisconsin Herd 130-110 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.&
The victory improved the Mad Ants’ record to 10-5 in the regular season, with a well-balanced attack led by Quenton Jackson and Jahlil Okafor.&
Jackson, the only two-way player active for the Mad Ants, wasted no time making an impact.& &
He opened the contest for Indiana with a quick layup and followed it up with a steal and two-handed slam within the first two minutes of regulation. His hot start established the tone for Indiana, who controlled the pace throughout the contest.&
The Mad Ants led 33-24 at the end of the first frame, with Jackson leading the charge with 11 points. In the second quarter, the Mad Ants ballooned their lead further. De’Vion Harmon contributed a smooth layup, and Jackson continued his scoring spree with a jump shot from midrange.& &
By halftime, the Mad Ants held a commanding 67-53 lead. Kyle Mangas led all scorers at the break with 22 points.&
