Madonna and her twin daughters, 11-year-old Estere and Stella, are enjoying some family time on the beautiful continent of Africa. The “Material Girl” and her children took a special trip, in the midst of her multi-month tour, and returned to visit the country of Malawi, where four of her children were born. In addition to her twins, Madonna is also mom to: daughters Lourdes, 27, and Mercy James, 18, as well as sons Rocco, 23, and David, 18.
