Justice Horn documented the incident on TikTok, where an elderly white woman, armed with a walking stick, followed him in a neighborhood and even snatched away his campaign cards. During his visit to an apartment community in Lake Tapawingo, she questioned a neighbor, “Is he a danger to you?” Horn described the unsettling moment, noting that the woman abruptly interrupted his conversation with a resident, expressing concern for her safety. Following his request for her to stop removing his literature, she adamantly replied, “I don’t have to, and I'm not going to.” After realizing Horn was filming, her narrative shifted to accuse him of soliciting without permission.
