A 29-year-old Cantonement, Vieux Fort man has been charged with firearm possession after police recovered an illegal gun during a pre-holiday sweep last week. According to a statement from the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF), on Thursday, December 19, officers from the Southern Division executed seven search warrants during an operation that targeted key locations in Vieux Fort, including Cantonement, Grace, Bruceville, and Clarke Street.
