Metro Ministers Conference Celebrates Three Leaders for Their Enduring Commitment

On April 7, 2025, the Metro Ministers’ Conference of Virginia, formerly the Tidewater Metro Baptist Ministers’ Conference, commemorated a remarkable 142 years. During a Membership gathering at the Historic First Baptist Church, three members were esteemed for their longevity, ranging from 98 to 101 years. Current President Brother Joseph A. Fleming, alongside Rev. S. Anthony Justice, honored these dedicated clergymen. While two honorees were present to celebrate this significant event within the Christian community and the Hampton Roads culture, one esteemed member was regrettably absent.
