The 2025 USA TODAY 10 Best Readers’ Choice travel award contest has named Mi-Sci the third-best science museum in the nation, confirming what Detroiters have long known: this beloved institution is a powerhouse of learning, curiosity, and innovation. The Center of Science and Industry (COSI) in Columbus, Ohio, took the top honor, followed by San Francisco’s Exploratorium in second place.
