New mural appears in Glasgow as filming of Hollywood movie gets underway

The work, by renowned city graffiti artist Rogue One, is located on a wall on Charlotte Street in the Trongate area. Inspired by the 1996 film Trainspotting, the mural depicts Ewan McGregor’s character Renton and his famous line “It’s s**** being Scottish”. Better known as Silibil N’ Brains, the duo soon embark on a remarkable journey rapping alongside Eminem, partying backstage with Madonna and being tipped as among the next generation of rising stars.
