The Foundation for Better Business, in collaboration with Vistage International, invites applications for NexusAdvantage, a transformative leadership development initiative tailored for promising small business owners. Set to begin in January 2026 at Ignite, the foundation’s small business accelerator in Austin, this program merges expert coaching, peer collaboration, and actionable strategies, empowering Texas entrepreneurs to flourish purposefully and confidently. This strategic alliance merges the foundation’s mission with Vistage, the premier organization for CEO coaching and peer advisory, providing essential guidance, accountability, and insights that resonate with the challenges faced by small business leaders. Bethany Leffingwell, executive director of the foundation, emphasizes that entrepreneurship need not be isolating or uncertain. The program spans 10 months and includes monthly peer advisory meetings, individualized coaching, and access to Vistage's extensive resources. Participants will engage in critical business topics such as capital acquisition and ethical leadership.
