Kentucky Officer Snaps Woman's Arm Following Suicidal 911 Call

This retaliation reportedly includes unlawful traffic stops and intimidating behavior.The second lawsuit involves Ullrich unlawfully searching the car of a pregnant woman during a traffic stop without any legal basis.
