Omulangira Suuna has addressed the controversy surrounding his recent visit to Gulu, following remarks by General Salim Saleh about musicians crowding the city and disrupting his activities.
Suuna clarified that his trip was not music-related but centered on issues aligned with Operation Wealth Creation (OWC).
Speaking on the matter, Suuna emphasized that he traveled to Gulu as a Ugandan citizen with ideas to share, rather than as a musician seeking favors.
He revealed his intention to secure support for personal projects under the OWC initiative, stressing that his visit had no connection to his music career.
“General Saleh, the Chief Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation, has offices in Kamwokya, but it is often difficult to meet him there. That’s why many people, including myself, choose to travel to Gulu,” Suuna explained.
