Local sources confirm the incident transpired in the Southwest concourse at Orlando International Airport on August 14th. The individual, identified as Selomit Velez-Rodriguez, was apprehended following her erratic behavior. The video poignantly illustrates her shouting at an employee before violently kicking him, prompting onlookers to react with shock, one exclaiming, “Ooo, that’s assault.”In her fury, she berated the agents, claiming, “I need to go and bury my brother!” while smashing their equipment and demanding police assistance. Witnesses noted her frustration stemmed from being omitted from standby lists for three flights. Authorities reported her actions resulted in over $1,000 in damages.
