Founders Kevan and Ayesha Shelton strive to bridge the ownership gap between genders.“Many Black men encounter hurdles in home buying due to insufficient information and resources,” the Sheltons emphasize, wishing to dismantle these obstacles. Kevan, reflecting on personal experiences, recalls missing a $9,000 opportunity in Houston, underscoring the significance of accessible information. Realtor Justin Williams highlighted real estate as essential for wealth-building. Attendee Darrell Forte viewed the workshop as his gateway to homeownership. The tour has previously reached Atlanta and Houston.
