The Canon Laurie Anglican Infant and Primary School held their 2025 Track Championships over the past week at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground. Patterson was the top house in the primary school competition with 243 points. Vaughan was second with 239, just holding off Weekes on 237. Vanderpool was third on 185. King topped the infant school table with 121 points. Collymore amassed 105, Lake 86, and James 66. Representing Weekes House, Yannicka Bretney won the Under-13 girls’ 1000m in 4:17.0 and the 600m in 2:20.1, whilst taking third in the 300m. Adelle Clercin of Vaughan won the 300m in 56.4 seconds and was third in the 1000m. Milli-Mya Mangal got silver in the 300m, 600m, and 1000m. Liz Dupre (11.7 and 21.7) won the 80m and 150m for Patterson. Kaleb Benjamin captured the 1200m in 4:50.2 and the 600m in 2:10.8 for Vaughan. Issacher Griffith was the 300m champion in 57.0 for Weekes. He also took second in the 600m and third in the 1200m.
