The statue is located at the intersection of West Market Street & Springfield Avenue in downtown Newark. “This march is being held to send a clarion call that will alert voters to the danger posed by the possibility of a second Trump presidency and the necessity of defeating him at the polls during this election,” Lawrence Hamm, chairman, People’s Organization For Progress stated. “We call upon everyone who does not want to see Donald Trump back in the White House to join us for the march.
