Here are some of the upcoming dog-friendly events happening in the Circle City this spring: Indy Pet Pride While June is typically celebrated as Pride month for humans, Pride also welcomes pets through the Pet Pride Celebration at Riverside Park on June 1. Featuring pet-friendly vendors, animal shelter pop-ups and nonprofits, Pet Pride is the perfect place to enjoy live music and celebrate pets within the LGBTQ+ community of Indianapolis. Hosted by IndyPride, this event is free to the public, but attendees should consider registering at IndyPride.org before the event to ensure there is ample space for you and your pet! Cinco de Perro No “Ruff” Dog Days event series: Cinco de Perro is set to take place on Sunday May 5 at Daniel’s Family Vineyard and Winery in McCordsville. The Cinco de Mayo celebration will greet guests with fun raffles, Hispanic cuisine and ice-cold PAWgaritas.
