Collin Mays details his motivation to explore a healthier lifestyle and his mission to help other Black men

DETROIT – Collin Mays, philanthropist, entrepreneur and now author, has launched his new book, Losing It For Good: The Ultimate Guide for Men’s Health and Wellness. The book chronicles how Mays overcame struggles with food addiction as a youth and young adult and how he started his healthy lifestyle journey in 2019. The guide offers information and identifies sources where men can learn more about achieving and maintaining optimal health regimens in a fast-paced world.

“It’s no secret that Black men are at greater risk for health issues compared to our counters,” said Collin Mays, author, philanthropist and entrepreneur. “I hope that this book will make a significant difference in the lives of men but more importantly Black men, to inspire them to become mentally strong, physically in shape, and maintain a consistent healthy regimen.
