Plant Yourself In Good Soil

During a recent sermon, I heard again that the devil is a liar. He specializes in deceit. You’ve probably heard that too. How does it go? Harden not your heart when you hear the Word of God. Now, if you can fathom this, then that means the voice you do hear causing you to resist God’s voice is that of the devil. According to the bible, it is at these times that one needs to be careful. You’re entering into deep waters.“Some people are like seeds along the path where the Word is sown. As soon as they hear it, Satan comes and takes away the Word that was sown in them.”Mark 4:15. If you could only recognize when you’re being fooled, manipulated, or used by someone or something. If you could, most of us would handle the situation accordingly.  Emotionally, we probably reacted and responded appropriately when we discovered we were being used or made a fool of by somebody. I’m guessing it wasn’t a pretty sight for the perpetrator of such an act towards you. After pain comes anger.After anger usually comes action.  It’s not pretty. If only the devil would show his hand, how God shows His....
