Police Renew Road Safety Appeal After Fatal Crash In Micoud

On Friday, March 1, 2024, about 1:50 p.m., Police Officers attached to the Micoud Police Station responded to a report of a fatal vehicular collision which occurred along the Micoud Highway.
Emergency services, including paramedics from the Saint Lucia Fire Service, were dispatched to the location. Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered three (3) motor vehicles that had been involved in a collision.
Six (6) men who suffered injuries in the accident were attended to by medical personnel on the scene.
One (1) of the individuals, identified as thirty-two-year-old (32) Tristan Glasgow, a resident of Volet, Micoud, was conveyed to St. Jude Hospital.
Tristan Glasgow passed away due to the injuries he sustained.
