“I got hungry…you think I may have overdid it?” was the caption of a photo a friendtexted me in August a few years ago. In the picture there were 6 pans overflowing withbarbecued ribs, grilled salmon, smoked sausage, grilled pork chops and grilled Cornish hen.Even though I’m not a big meat eater, I couldn’t pass up the chance to eat some freshbarbecue.
