Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has expressed concerns over singer Gravity Omutujju’s conduct, stating she might stop offering him opportunities if public dissatisfaction about his actions persists.
Speaking during an interview with NBS TV, Nabbanja revealed her efforts to support musicians, including Omutujju, but emphasized the need for them to maintain a positive image.
“I occasionally take Omutujju on board. I bring along the individuals that people request,” she explained. “However, if they say he is involved in inappropriate activities, I will not include him again.”

The Prime Minister, who admitted she is not a fan of music, said her engagement with musicians stems from the public’s admiration for them.
She also shared her intention to speak with Gravity Omutujju to encourage behavioral changes while acknowledging his popularity among fans.
The remarks follow recent controversies involving Gravity Omutujju and fellow artist Lil Pazo, who were summoned by the Uganda National Cultural Centre (UNCC) over allegations of vulgar content in their music.
The UNCC’s move aims to address growing concerns about explicit lyrics and their impact on cultural values.
