Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) prioritizes its workforce by unveiling the myIPS Employee & Family Clinic at Howe, developed in collaboration with Ascension St. Vincent. Since its August 2024 launch, the clinic has catered to 403 individuals, including 318 employees and their families, offering services like mental health counseling and on-site prescription pickups at no charge. “This initiative reflects our commitment to employee welfare,” stated Christiana Aden Hamer, IPS chief human resources officer.
