RSLPF Welcomes New Special Constables

On Monday, July 8, 2024, the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) welcomed nine new Special Police Constables into the ranks of the organisation. The Special Police Constables received addresses from Sergeant No. 806 Joseph, Assistant Superintendent of Police Brenner Camille, and Commissioner of Police Crusita Descartes-Pelius. The Commissioner of Police assured the officers that they have joined an organisation that will support them, once they operate within the confines of the law. She highlighted the significant progress the organisation has recently made in fostering closer ties between the RSLPF and the community it serves, and urged the new constables to uphold this by demonstrating exemplary conduct.
