Their work ensures that Black women have access to the healthcare resources they need, no matter where they are.We’re also in the final stages of developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure these efforts are consistently applied and impactful.GOALSCHW Integration: Ensure Community Health Workers (CHWs) are integrated into both traditional and non-traditional settings. SOP Development: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CHWs in hospital settings.PROGRESSOur CHWs continue to thrive in diverse environments, reaching more Black women through non-traditional service areas.
