New York is a center of art and culture. And now, the works of contemporary artists will be featured on a 15,000-square-foot billboard in Times Square, all designed to make art easier for New Yorkers and visitors to encounter and enjoy. Cube Art Fair, which proclaims itself as the “world’s largest public art fair,” will return to the Big Apple with a public art exhibit at the crossroads of the world, Sept. 4 to 8. The event coincides with the annual Armory Show that showcases modern art at the Javits Center the same week.  The fair, which aims to make art accessible to everyone, features large displays designed to catch the eyes of hundreds of thousands of people who pass through Times Square each day. This year’s fair, which will be located at 47 Street and Seventh Avenue, will feature the works of at least 15 notable contemporary artists including Luciana Gomez, Art by Fez, Olivia de Posson and Serge Strosberg.
