At Career Institute North, the lively buzz of laughter and dialogue resonates within the dental lab, where students hone their skills in patient care, tooth polishing, and x-ray technology.Initially drawn to patient care, Milagros expressed her desire to explore dentistry as a viable career path. “I’m learning how to identify the quadrants of all the teeth, understand their functions, and utilize each instrument effectively,” she stated.Inspired by her sister-in-law, who is also pursuing dentistry, Milagros is transforming her interests into practical expertise.
