The Cavity Factory expands to new storefront in Fountain Square

A must-eat destination in the city for those with a sweet tooth, The Cavity Factory food truck and ghost kitchen has a new brick-and-mortar bakery located in Fountain Square. Located at 1354 Shelby St., opening day saw a long line of customers wrapped around the building eager to try their variety of unique cookie creations. With flavors ranging from the classic chocolate chip to cinnamon toast crunch, a gooey center featuring bites of cinnamon toast cereal, cinnamon chips, and topped with cinnamon sugar icing, the menu rotates each week to give customers the chance to spice up their choice of sweet treats.
