F.I.N.D. Design Brings a Dynamic Future: AI Innovations and New Leadership Take Center Stage

Celebrating a decade of impact, the nonprofit organization is adopting innovative strategies to elevate its mission of healing and empowerment for Black girls and girls of color. For over ten years, The F.I.N.D. Design has been dedicated to creating safe and nurturing spaces for young women in Nashville. As it commemorates its tenth anniversary, the organization is embarking on an exhilarating new journey that leverages artificial intelligence and automation to strengthen both its programs and administrative operations.Established in 2013, The F.I.N.D. Design has transformed from local grassroots initiatives into a trusted partner for Metro Nashville schools. Its culturally responsive framework integrates mentoring circles, access to mental health resources, and educator training. Annually serving hundreds of students, the organization stands out as a pioneering force in youth development.As Board Chair Aleshia Curry expressed, this new chapter focuses not only on sustaining healing and mentorship but also on equipping girls for the evolving job market ahead.
