Judith Thomas, Deputy Mayor, Takes the Helm as New President and CEO of Indy Arts Council

Judith B. Thomas has been appointed as the new president and CEO of the Indy Arts Council, effective mid-April 2025. A passionate advocate for the arts, Thomas aims to amplify community voices. Previously the Deputy Mayor of Neighborhood Engagement, she brings over 30 years of experience in community leadership.
