Authorities are probing a shocking incident in Holly Springs, Mississippi, involving a man who was assaulted, stripped, and doused with beer after making racially charged remarks at C.J. Lounge on May 17th, as reported by WHBQ.
Witnesses recounted that the individual entered the bar aggressively, using racial slurs. Miles Stone, who was present, noted, “The guy walked in very aggressively. Patrons tried to remain calm, asking him to leave peacefully.”
Despite these requests, he persisted with the derogatory language. Video evidence revealed him outside displaying what appeared to be gang signs. Following a confrontation, a group retaliated violently, beating him with sticks.
Police are investigating potential hate crime aspects and have identified several individuals involved. C.J. Lounge remains closed due to licensing violations, with over 30 police responses documented for various incidents since its opening.
